Our ISO Support plans are more than assistance during your certification process. We go above and beyond to give you help, guidance and advice through the duration of your ISO certification. Our ISO Consultancy services continue through your entire certification – the perfect ongoing support and compliance solution for you and your business.
Maintaining your ISO certification shouldn’t be difficult, but we understand that other areas of your organisation also need your presence and attention. That’s why we have created our ISO support plans with a varied level of support depending on your requirements.

ISO Support is also known as ISO consultancy. This is a service we offer to assist you with your ISO tasks to ensure you meet the requirements of your annual Surveillance and improve your business performance.
For some organisations it’s more cost effective to outsource certain ISO tasks if you do not have the resources or time in-house. This can include Internal Audits, Legal Compliance, Management Review, updating procedures. We can also provide consultancy in areas where you may not be certified i.e. Health & Safety, Supplier audits, GDPR compliance and Business Continuity.
An ISO Support plan gives you reassurance of ongoing professional support to cover all aspects of you ISO Compliance for the duration of your certification (3 years). Contracts can be on a 1 year, 2 year or 3 year basis.
ISO Support or consultancy is given on a short-term basis (less than 6 months) to help a company if they’ve not completed tasks i.e. lost a member of staff and need a quick-fix before a Certification body Surveillance audit.
An ISO Support Plan from Blackmores offers a cost-effective fixed day rate for ISO support though the duration of your 3-year contract. Our plans use monthly payments so you can set and forget while our consultants manage your ISO maintenance. All of our ISO support plans are flexible and can be tailored to your needs.
Yes! All of our ISO support plans are 100% flexible – so if you require more or less days then we can accommodate your needs.
We’d be sad to see you go – but if the ISO Support Plan is no longer feasible for you, then you can cancel your plan with one months notice.
