Blackmores expands overseas

Although we currently have clients across Europe, this summer has seen Blackmores expand into the Asian market. The first visit was in June to conduct a client’s information security audit and provide training in Laos.

This was followed by an invitation for Melanie Blackmore to present at the Hong Kong Productivity Council’s seminar on Environmental Standards in July. SGS, the UKAS Accredited Certification Body had become aware of Mel’s visit to Hong Kong and invited her to speak on the globalization of carbon footprinting of products and services.

Apart from being hit by a ‘grade 10’ typhoon during Mel’s stay in Hong Kong, the trips were a great success and we look forward to further developments in this growing marketplace in the future.
